In the campaign finance reports for the most recent two months, Brad Johnson raised more money than his Democrat opponent, thanks to the hard work of Montanans like you. Here’s a link to the article about it — too bad we’re at the very bottom!
But you can’t believe everything you read in the media — they said Brad was running for a third term! After we win this election, it will only be his second.
We set the goal of raising $10,000 by March 5. Thanks to your very generous support, Brad raised $14,069! Great news! Meanwhile, the opposing campaign raised only $8,059 in the same period. It’s an important victory, and you won it!
But we’re not done yet. Far from it. Even though we raised more money than the opposing campaign, we’re nearly tied in cash on hand — the amount of money each campaign has left in the bank. In fact, Brad’s opponent even has a tiny lead there — about $500. Why? She’s trying to buy the race by cutting herself a $10,000 check!
The Democrats have deep pockets. But we have you.
If you can afford to donate more to keep this campaign steaming ahead, this is the perfect time to get started.
According to the Helena Independent Record, Secretary of State Brad Johnson will be speaking at the Governor’s prayer breakfast this Saturday.
Johnson will be reading from Paul’s letter to the Phillipians, Chapter 4, verses 4 through nine.
